Bisq is preferred due to its decentralized nature, allowing people from and in any country to not only buy and sell but also send and receive crypto among them. It supports peer-to-peer transactions and you do not need to submit any personal information to trade on the app. It will not need to verify any trader information.
The major drawback, however, is the low volume and slow speed of this app. The other thing is it does not accept credit card transactions.
